It's the weekend!!!! I must say home made smoothies are my jam. Yes thats right! I make one at least every other day to start off my morning! Most of the time I just improvise with whatever is in my fridge or pantry at the moment , and a majority of the time they turn out delicious!
This smoothie is a little bit on the creamier side, so if you are down for that you will absolutely LOVE this recipe.
-1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- coconut milk
- chia seeds
- 1 cup of protein powder
- coconut chips
option to add vanilla extract for a sweeter taste!
Blend for 3-4 minutes and ENJOY!
